提交代码时，代码中包含 use-v4 字符串（可以加一个注释），即发送到新评测机。
目前只支持 C++ 语言。已通宵加入全语言支持
由于测试期间，我们可能会多次更新评测系统，其中可能会涉及到评测系统的多次上/下线。
如遇到无限 Waiting/Judging 则可能说明此时评测系统被重启了，因此遇到此类问题请重新提交确定重复出现后再汇报。
请提供评测记录链接，详细的问题描述。

关于洛谷4的奇妙bug

发现一个奇怪的事：使用传统评测，P1001的运行速度为0ms，但内存为2089KB；用了新评测系统后，运行速度为10ms，但内存为676KB？？？什么情况啊
