NERC (Northeast Eurasia，原名 NEERC) 是历史上 ICPC WF 冠军产出最多的赛区，区域赛题目质量也非常高，一般都有题解和测试数据。
2018/19 两年的 NEERC/NERC 在 CF 办有镜像赛。其他年份的题目以 CF Gym 链接形式给出。
但是，毒瘤的 CF 有些题面直接给了 PDF 版本，导致洛谷没法爬到，所以请自行访问镜像赛链接。/kel
按刘汝佳、陈峰编写的《算法竞赛入门经典·训练指南》，推荐做 NEERC 2001 及以后的题目。01 和 04 的题目 Gym 上没有找到，请自行前往 NEERC 官网。
